Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform duties according to ESGW Best Practices and meet daily production goals.
• Process donations.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greet and assist guests and donors.
• Accept donations at the donation door as needed.
• Cross‑train and assist in all aspects of production as directed.
• Work with people having different abilities.

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends (helpful).
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for the entire shift (excluding break times).
• Use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• Completion of a background check (criminal convictions do not constitute an automatic bar to employment).
