Production Associate

About the role

The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW, meets daily production goals, and assists in all aspects of production as directed.

Ability to work with people having different abilities and perform repetitive tasks independently is required. Knowledge of current trends is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process donations
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale
• Replenish stock and/or remove merchandise from the sales floor
• Greet and assist guests and/or donors
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned
• Cross-train and assist in all aspects of production, as directed

Requirements

• Standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times)
• Use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community
• Physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements
• Completion of a background check
