Production Associate

About the role

The Production Associate is a responsible team member who will accurately perform all assigned production tasks. These duties include completing work orders efficiently and timely, ensuring best-in-class metrics in Safety, Quality, and Service for products critical to our customers' lives.

Responsibilities

• Complete production reworks, repackaging, and associated actions as instructed.
• Re-label and re-box product to be returned to stock.
• Process information for work orders in the SAP system.
• Help maintain production supplies and equipment (tools, boxes, bags, tape, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Operate lifts and fork trucks.
• Process work orders using SAP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Basic mechanical skills and hand tools experience.
• Basic computer skills (PC, labeling software, MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, RF scanners).
• SAP or Warehouse Management System experience.
• Experience using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

• Able to follow written and verbal directions.

Physical Demands

• Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
• May be subject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust.

Pay

$18.00 per hour (range: $18.00–$18.50 per hour).

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
