Production Associate

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works well in a team environment to ensure all customer merchandise is shipped securely and promptly
• Must be computer savvy and a willingness to learn in-house programs and systems
• Familiar with FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping programs
• Accurate processing of orders
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Ensures all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with normal shipping and receiving methods including familiarity with package carriers
• Self-motivated individuals with the ability to work with minimal supervision and constant direction
• Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Acute attention to detail
• Some computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a larger group
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
