Production Associate

About the Role

Package product and off-load lines utilizing manual, automated or semi-automated equipment. You will work closely with all departments in the facility, including Production, Maintenance, and more. You will work in a team environment with an opportunity to advance in your career. Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment. Ready and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions
• Solid previous work experience required
• Preferred: Experience operating a forklift (not required)

Pay

Additional $1.50 per hour shift premium added to base pay. Competitive wages with opportunity for up to $1.00 per hour increase after 90 days based on job performance.

Schedule

2nd shift position – 4/10 workweek: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, with overtime as needed.
