Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate all different machines and equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the production equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• Perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers.
• Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
• Help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• This is a physical position.
• You will be asked to do things like lifting boxes of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.
• This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
• We provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment.
• Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.

Physical Requirements

• Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements may vary but can include:
• Being on your feet, walking around the facility,
• Climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
• Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

About the role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production.

Schedule

6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Shift: 1st Shift

Starting Pay

$18.43 per hour
