Production Associate

Shift & Pay

Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM. Hourly rate: $21.27/hour + $1.50 shift differential. After 90 days, pay increases to $20.75/hour + $1.50 shift premium.

About the Role

You would work in the final phase of pizza operations (backline) or the beginning phase (frontline). Responsibilities include topping, packaging, boxing, rework, mixing of dough, sauce operation, and other tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Standing required 9+ hours.
• Requires frequent twisting, bending, and turning.
• Occasionally requires pushing and pulling of wheeled tubs over 100 lbs.
• Good hand and eye coordination to work on fast-speed conveyor belts.
• Basic math skills.
• Work as a team player.
• Safety is the #1 responsibility.
• Follow all GMPs and USDA guidelines.
• Overtime and weekends may be required.
• Complete required paperwork daily per Quality guidelines.
• Participate in the implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
• Support CPS activities including Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSD.
• SAP documentation.
• Other responsibilities as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead.
