About the role
This role provides hands-on support across the distribution center, assisting with picking, packing, assembling, and preparing products for shipment. The position is responsible for efficiently completing all tasks involved in the production and assembly of Baudville Brands products to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment while adhering to standard work methods and safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and assemble products accurately and efficiently to meet customer deadlines
- Become proficient in the internal order entry and inventory systems
- Stock, organize, and maintain inventory, coordinating items with assigned shelving locations
- Work with the Team Lead to maintain appropriate inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and prevent fulfillment delays
- Collaborate with distribution center teams to ensure daily operational responsibilities are completed
- Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate equipment, material, or workflow issues to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including daily housekeeping and proper use of office and production equipment
- Safely handle and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs as required
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the department supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across departments (Production, Customer Service, Graphics, Sales)
- Comfortable working with order management systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions that support production flow and efficiency
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 20lbs on a consistent basis. Up to 50lbs occasionally
- Reliable and consistent on-site presence to support daily production operations
- Ability to work overtime on weekends and during periods of high demand

Schedule
Hours for the role are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional Saturday overtime.
