Pay

$21.92–$25.54 hourly plus an 8% shift differential for hours worked in the facility. Starting pay will depend on prior experience and work location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate various machines and perform tasks related to the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts.
• Perform repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail.
• Ensure that a high-quality product is produced.
• Monitor machines and verify that parts meet specifications by using hand gauge measurements and/or visual inspection.
• Promote quality and safety rules while maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Train and/or instruct others as required.
• Maintain reliable attendance and a full-time work status.
• Adhere to safety standards.
• Stand for 8 hours and lift 25–40 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
