Production Associate

Pay

$21.92‑$25.54 hourly plus an 8% shift differential for hours worked in the facility. Starting pay will depend on prior experience and work location.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines and perform tasks related to the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts.
• Perform repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail.
• Ensure high‑quality product output by monitoring machines and verifying parts meet specifications using hand gauge measurements and/or visual inspection.
• Promote quality and safety rules while maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
• Train and/or instruct others as required.
• Maintain reliable attendance and full‑time work status.
• Adhere to safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift 25‑40 lb.
