What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll play an essential role in producing the fresh juices, smoothies, plant-based meals, and other products our customers love. Responsibilities Include Prepare, assemble, package, and label products according to company standardsFollow recipes and production procedures accuratelyMaintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all timesOperate production equipment safely and efficientlyAssist with ingredient preparation, batching, packaging, and palletizingPerform cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipmentMonitor product quality and report any concerns immediatelyMaintain an organized and clean work environmentWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsFollow all company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctualityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPositive attitude and willingness to learnTeam player with a strong work ethicAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsFlexibility to work overtime and extended hours when production demands require Preferred Qualifications Previous food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or kitchen experience preferredExperience working in a high-volume production environment is a plusFood safety knowledge is a plus but not required—we'll provide training!
