Production Associate - Apparel Grader

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division. This role involves accurately examining used customer garments and rating their long-term usefulness according to company policies and standards.

About the Role

Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area while meeting or exceeding standards for quantity and quality of work. The role requires standing for most of the shift, repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately grade used customer garments/apparel for long-term usefulness.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.

• Use a computer program to accomplish work tasks.

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges between $17.70 - $22.13 per hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.

Schedule

Full-time, 1st shift.
