Production Associate - Apparel Grader

Responsibilities

• Accurately examine used customer garments/apparel and rate their long‑term usefulness in accordance with policies and standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed established standards for quantity and quality of work.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be willing to use a computer program to accomplish work.
• Physical demands: standing for most of the shift; repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching as needed.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $17.13 – $18.75 per hour, based on skill set, experience, training, and other business considerations.
