Production Associate - 3rd Shift

Major Function

General Production Associates perform a variety of support functions in the manufacturing process. These functions include but are not limited to the assembly of foam component parts, inspection, labeling, trimming, packaging, and sorting.

Essential Functions

• Ensure that parts being produced meet/exceed customer quality requirements.
• Ensure that parts are packaged according to work instructions.
• Ensure that all necessary data is correctly entered into the Plex manufacturing system.
• Alert appropriate personnel of quality deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Alert appropriate personnel of equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to Creative Foam policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the organization’s safety protocols and maintains a safe working environment.

Pay

Pay commensurate with education and experience.

Third Shift Hours: Thursday 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
