About the role
The Production Associate is responsible for operating machinery and performing tasks to produce corrugated products.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform quality checks on produced goods to ensure product meets standards.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss production issues and improvements.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining production areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of related manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
- Basic computer skills to use company software.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols.
