Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 2:30 pm–12:30 am

About the role

Work in a production environment following all safety procedures, quality processes, and hitting targeted build rates.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes.
• Ensure the product being built is built to spec and 100 % accurate.
• Maintain the highest level of productivity to ensure 100 % on-time delivery to customers.
• Maintain housekeeping standards of the plant.
• Work as a team with all team members of the facility.
• Perform day-to-day tasks such as assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to work safely, adhering to all safety processes and policies.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly on a regular basis.
• Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours a day.
• Frequent bending, squatting, twisting.
• Loud environment requiring hearing protection.
• Exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
• Manufacturing facility with machinery and equipment; occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, high places, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock.
