Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Manassas, VA – 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM)

About the role

Full-time contract position (through 11/30/2026) in a clean-room manufacturing environment. Rotate through aseptic operations, equipment sterilization, changeover, and documentation tasks. Mandatory overtime, including weekends, may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic operations inside and outside the clean room
• Wash and sterilize equipment following standard procedures
• Sterilize production items using autoclaves and dry-heat ovens
• Assist with changeover of manufacturing equipment
• Support equipment qualification and validation activities
• Rotate through prepping, filling, packing, labeling, rework, and bagging tasks
• Perform torque and fill checks on bottle runs
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in all manufacturing areas
• Document activities in batch records using current good documentation practices
• Help train new employees on manufacturing tasks

Requirements

• 3 to 12 months of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable wearing required PPE including gowning, safety glasses, gloves, and masks

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience
• Experience working in a clean room environment

• Clean room or sterile manufacturing environment experience

Pay

$20.97 per hour

Schedule

• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Consistent 40-hour weekly schedule
• Mandatory overtime, including weekends, as needed
