About the role

The Analog Production Associate performs multiple jobs in rotation on the Analog line, monitoring the manufacturing process, making boxes, packaging, and palletizing product. Working in a team environment with limited supervision, your contributions will support Ornua’s operations, culture of continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality products to consumers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Package finished cheese products including box making, lining, filling, closing, and palletizing.
  • Inspect cheese products, packaging, and boxes for damage; report deficiencies to proper parties.
  • Accurately print labels and adhere them to boxes.
  • Complete all necessary cleaning and workplace sanitation requirements.
  • Record production information using a tablet, scanner, or by hand.
  • Attend all required company training.
  • Support work in all areas as needed with flexibility.
  • Work safely following all safety processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing experience (food manufacturing preferred).
  • Basic math skills.
  • Attention to accuracy.

Physical Demands

This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60 pounds. Employees must perform repetitive motions and safely operate equipment while following all safety and quality procedures.

Working Environment

Work is performed in a food manufacturing facility with variable temperatures—cooler warehouse areas and warmer production zones. The environment includes exposure to moving equipment, moderate to loud noise levels, and required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, hearing protection, gloves, and hairnets.

Pay

$20.50 per hour + 10% shift differential = $22.55 per hour. Competitive salary with a quarterly bonus scheme for production.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 2 pm – 12 am, with overtime as necessary.
