Monday - Friday, 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm
Pay
Starting pay: $14.40/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. Performance reviews occur at 6 months, 18 months, and annually. Company profit sharing begins after 6 months of full-time employment. Longevity bonuses include $5,000 at 5 years, $10,000 at 10 years, $15,000 at 15 years, and so on. Employees also receive a $100 monthly product voucher for items such as soap, shampoo, laundry products, household cleaning products, and personal care products.

Responsibilities
- Set up work area by retrieving production components (e.g., bottles, caps, pallets, products, rags, totes) and sterilizing tables and equipment.
- Code date individual bottles and use personal protective equipment where required.
- Prepare pallets by filling totes, labeling them with required information, loading pallets, and moving them with pallet jacks to the correct area.
- Lift finished product in totes onto pallets, tables, or shelves.
- Perform clean-up duties, including washing equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying garbage, and wiping down workstations with IPA and buckets.
- Support equipment changeover and setup processes as directed by the Machine Operator or Coordinator.
- Inspect the quality of your own work for cleanliness, label placement, lid tightness, correct batch numbers, and other specifications.
- Assist in training other associates by demonstrating tasks and answering questions.
- Monitor quality by wiping excess product from containers, checking silk-screened labels, verifying counts on boxes, stacking pallets, and ensuring correct label placement.
- Complete personal reports by recording information such as individual performance, batch sheets, cleaning logs, labeling, amounts, OTC product forms, and component returns to the warehouse.
- Assist in machine tear down, cleaning, and setup.
- Take instruction from the Machine Operator or Coordinator to assist where needed.
- Assist in the Product Delivery Department when required.
- Work overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. occasionally during the work shift.
- Ability to operate mechanical equipment.
- Standing and walking for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to visually read bottles, product labels, batch numbers, etc.
- Manual dexterity for tasks such as collating, sorting, filling, and toting.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to climb stairs.
- Light industrial experience, including product packaging, in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
