As a General Labor associate, you will support the manufacturing process through various support functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor in a variety of support functions for the manufacturing process, including assembly, cleaning, machine set up and operation, molding, trimming, packaging, quality inspection, sorting and labelling.
• Ensure parts produced conform to customer quality requirements.
• Ensure parts are trimmed, assembled and otherwise processed to customer quality requirements.
• Ensure parts are packaged in the correct method with correct packaging quantities.
• Ensure all necessary data is correctly entered into the Plex manufacturing system.
• Alert appropriate personnel of quality deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Alert appropriate personnel of equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in maintaining a clean facility whenever possible.
• Follow Creative Foam policies and procedures.
• Promote the organization’s safety efforts and maintain a safe working environment.
• Positively reinforce production goals, standards and work ethic in every area of the facility.
• Maintain 5S systems for their work area.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• Must be physically able to bend, twist, lift and stand throughout the shift.

Schedule

First Shift Hours are 5:30 am – 2:00 pm.
