We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Job Title: Production Associates (but we don't repeat as heading). Work Model: fully onsite. We need sections: - About the role: maybe summary? The posting includes "SUMMARY Non-exempt, hourly Sets up and operates cell manufacturing..." That's a summary. Could be "About the role". We'll include that. - Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities list (items 1-11). Also includes "Assists in training of new associates..." etc. So we can put those under Responsibilities. - Requirements: Could include qualifications, education, experience, essential personal characteristics, language skills, mathematical skills, reasoning ability, physical demands, work environment, etc. Might split into Qualifications and Skills? The instruction says we can have sections: Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include based on content. We have: QUALIFICATIONS section: includes essential duties and responsibilities? Actually they have "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES" then "ESSENTIAL PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS", then "EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CREDENTIALS", then "KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS", then "LANGUAGE SKILLS", "MATHEMATICAL SKILLS", "REASONING ABILITY", "PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT". Also "Benefits" later. We need to map to headings: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (maybe education/experience, essential personal characteristics?), Qualifications (maybe language, math, reasoning?), Skills (maybe language, math, reasoning?), Benefits (explicit list), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Since no pay or schedule specifics, we omit those sections. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So we omit Pay and Schedule. We need to include Benefits section because posting lists benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage, Spending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA), Paid Time Off and Holidays, 401k Retirement Plan with Matching Employer Contributions, Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, Paid Leaves, Tuition Assistance. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove those. We need to not repeat job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

About the role

Non-exempt, hourly position that sets up and operates cell manufacturing and test equipment to produce final product, inspects parts for quality, performs standard work and uses process control methods, performs routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, reads and interprets process documents, follows detailed procedures, maintains applicable records, assists in training new associates on standard processes, changeovers and inspection, communicates cell production issues to Production Team Leader and/or team members, interfaces with purchasing, engineering, and customer service as needed to meet customer expectations, and willingness to work in numerous capacities including molding, machine operating, assembly, potting, washing, painting, inspecting, and other duties as assigned.

  • Maintains an orderly, safe, and clean workplace.
  • Participates in cell meetings and events.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

We need to include education/experience, essential personal characteristics, maybe key performance metrics? But "Requirements" could contain education/experience, essential personal characteristics, language skills, math skills, reasoning ability, physical demands, work environment. However we also have a separate "Skills" section possibly for language, math, reasoning. Let's decide. We have sections: Qualifications, Skills. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine education/experience, personal characteristics, language, math, reasoning, physical demands into either Qualifications or Skills. But we have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Qualifications: education, experience, credentials. Skills: language, math, reasoning, physical demands? But physical demands maybe not skill. However we can put physical demands under Qualifications as well. Let's allocate: - Qualifications: Education and Experience Credentials, Essential Personal Characteristics, Key Performance Metrics? Actually key performance metrics are not qualifications but maybe performance expectations. Could be omitted? But we need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include them somewhere. Could be under Qualifications as bullet list. - Skills: Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability. We'll also include Physical Demands and Work Environment maybe under Qualifications or a separate section? There's no heading for Physical Demands; we could include under Qualifications as well. Let's structure:

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Previous industrial assembly background is preferred, but not required; however a verifiable and solid work history is required.
  • Knowledge of gauging processes is a plus.
  • Essential personal characteristics: problem‑solver, detail‑oriented, works well independently and as a member of a team, verbal and written communication skills, cooperative, team player, reliable and dependable.
  • Key performance metrics: safety, product quality, productivity, on‑time delivery.
  • Physical demands: continuously required to stand, walk, reach with hand or hands, hand together with arm, or two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects, lift and/or move up to 35 pounds; frequent forward bending and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required: near vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Work environment: regularly required to work in a manufacturing environment; noise level usually moderate.

Skills

  • Language skills: ability to read and interpret documents such as general business periodicals, safety rules, quality instruction and process documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, technical and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports, productivity charts, and production correspondences.
  • Mathematical skills: ability to apply concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Reasoning ability: ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong and/or apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage
  • Spending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA)
  • Paid Time Off and Holidays
  • 401k Retirement Plan with Matching Employer Contributions
  • Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
  • Paid Leaves
  • Tuition Assistance
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We removed those. Check for any repeated content: We included essential duties under Responsibilities. Good. Check for any missing info: Work Model (fully onsite) not included anywhere. Should we include it? It's substantive. Could be included under About the role or maybe a separate section? There's no heading for Work Model; we could add a sentence in About the role: "This is a fully onsite role performed at the designated Regal Rexnord office." Let's incorporate. Also we have "Job Title: Production Associates" but we don't repeat as heading. We have "Date: 2025" maybe not needed. Location: Warner Electric, Columbia City. Could include in About the role. Department: Manufacturing. Reports To: Shift Supervisor. FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly (already in summary). Could include. We need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include location, department, reports to, maybe date? The date is not substantive for job description; but it's part of posting. Might be considered metadata; we could fold into short p or drop. The instruction says: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include location, department, reports to in a short paragraph maybe under About the role or separate? Probably better to include in About the role. Let's craft About the role paragraph to include: fully onsite role at Regal Rexnord office in Warner Electric, Columbia City; department Manufacturing; reports to Shift Supervisor; non-exempt hourly; summary of duties. Let's rewrite About the role:

This is a fully onsite role located at the Regal Rexnord office in Warner Electric, Columbia City, within the Manufacturing department, reporting to a Shift Supervisor. The position is non‑exempt, hourly and involves setting up and operating cell manufacturing and test equipment to produce final product, inspecting parts for quality, performing standard work and using process control methods, conducting routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, reading and interpreting process documents, following detailed procedures, maintaining applicable records, assisting in training new associates on standard processes, changeovers and inspection, communicating cell production issues to the Production Team Leader and/or team members, interfacing with purchasing, engineering, and customer service as needed to meet customer expectations, and willingness to work in numerous capacities including molding, machine operating, assembly, potting, washing, painting, inspecting, and other duties as assigned.

Now we need to ensure we didn't duplicate content: The responsibilities list includes many of those duties; but it's okay to have summary and list. Now check for any other substantive info: "KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS Safety Product quality Productivity On-time delivery" we included under Qualifications. "EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CREDENTIALS High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Previous industrial assembly background is preferred, but not required, however a verifiable and solid work history is. Knowledge of gauging processes is a plus." included. "ESSENTIAL PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS Problem-solver Detail-oriented Works well independently and as a member of a team Verbal and written communication skills Cooperative Team player Reliable and Dependable" included. "LANGUAGE SKILLS ..." included under Skills. "MATHEMATICAL SKILLS ..." included. "REASONING ABILITY ..." included. "PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT ..." included under Qualifications. "Ben
