Your Role
- Fabrication: Assist in production processes (laser, turret, shear, punch, weld) ensuring quality and safety.
- Assembly: Assemble manufactured products while ensuring quality and safety.
- Paint: Paint manufactured products, ensuring quality and safety.
What we’re looking for
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 1-5 years of related experience; department-specific experience preferred.
- Skilled in using measurement devices (e.g., tape measures, calipers).
- Able to interpret business information, technical procedures, and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with limited standardization.
- Proficient in internal software (word processing, spreadsheets, inventory control, communication).
