Production Assistant, Dolce Vita Footwear

About the role

This position supports the Wholesale business and is responsible for supporting the Director of Production in all services necessary for the basic operation. The role is based in the Dolce Vita office and requires working on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot factory delays, shipping, and delivery issues.
• Ensure all sales tools including imagery and sample needs are accurate.
• Handle special projects as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up and completion skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing based on urgency.
• Willingness to take initiative and exercise strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.

Pay

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour. Ranges are based on factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience, education, and organizational structure.
