Production Assistant / Bakery Operator

About the role

As a Production Assistant, you will support daily waffle production and packaging operations. This is a hands-on role where consistency, speed, and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production: prepare batter, operate waffle machines, and support baking process
• Packaging and finishing: wrap and pack products according to quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness: follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support team operations: assist with prep, cleanup, and general production tasks

Schedule

• Must meet scheduled shifts
• Early morning or flexible hours may be required
• Reliable attendance is essential

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Able to lift up to 40–50 pounds
