Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create cement vessels for candles
• Wicking vessels
• Mix wax and fragrance oils based on exact measurements
• Pour wax to complete candles
• Packaging and shipping orders
• Making body oils and body teas
• Organizing and maintaining the studio
• Tracking and ordering inventory

Requirements

• Must be able to lift boxes and materials up to 40 lbs
• Must be comfortable working with hot wax and fragrance oils
• Must not have fragrance sensitivities or allergies that may interfere with production
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to follow instructions and formulas precisely
• Must be organized and reliable

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and eligible to work as a 1099 contractor

Pay

Schedule

• Required admin day per week (2 hours of studio maintenance+ inventory work, paid flat fee)
• Work overnight, one full day, or break it up however you like— as long as product deadlines are met
