What This Role Will Do

• Aid in production logistics, including artist hospitality, distribution of show information, and managing guest lists.
• Make quick trips to purchase or deliver items for touring and house production as needed.
• Coordinate and deliver food and beverages to artists or talent.
• Support green room or hospitality-related artist needs, such as maintaining craft service areas.
• Anticipate and address the needs of touring and house production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in stage and backstage areas.
• Perform opening, running, and closing side duties according to company policy.
• Drive a reliable vehicle with valid insurance and a clean driving record.
• Understand and comply with union labor practices and policies.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Have experience in a live music environment.

Required

• Knowledge of touring or stage production operations.
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule, ability to work late hours and long days.
• Above average time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and punctuality.
• An overall positive and professional attitude.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms.

PREFERRED

• Three years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
• Understanding and working within union labor practices and policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Applications.
• Experience in a live music environment.
