What This Role Will Do
- Aid in production logistics, including artist hospitality, distribution of show information, and managing guest lists.
- Make quick trips to purchase or deliver items for touring and house production as needed.
- Coordinate and deliver food and beverages to artists or talent.
- Support green room or hospitality-related artist needs, such as maintaining craft service areas.
- Anticipate and address the needs of touring and house production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards in stage and backstage areas.
- Perform opening, running, and closing side duties according to company policy.
- Drive a reliable vehicle with valid insurance and a clean driving record.
- Understand and comply with union labor practices and policies.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Have experience in a live music environment.
Required
- Knowledge of touring or stage production operations.
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule, ability to work late hours and long days.
- Above average time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and punctuality.
- An overall positive and professional attitude.
- Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms.
PREFERRED
- Three years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
- Understanding and working within union labor practices and policies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Applications.
- Experience in a live music environment.
