Production Assistant
About The Role
We are looking for a self-driven Production Assistant for both of our locations (Bronx & Ossining NY), and if you are looking for more than just a job, we are looking for you! WE WILL TEACH YOU EVERYTHING, Including How To Use The Machines! No Prior Experience Is Necessary.
Responsibilities
- Operating top of the line printing equipment
- Operating embroidery machines
- Operating sewing machines
- Shipping & receiving
- Keen attention to detail, and demonstrated customer-service focus
- Organizational skills with a critical eye on deadlines
- Initiate and track status of all fabric/trim/garment development
- Quality assurance
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize, juggle and execute tasks, and deliver results on strict deadlines
- Candidate should be comfortable working on their feet for most of the day and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
- Prioritize is given to candidates with a positive attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team, and with excellent attendance records
