Production Assistant - 12HR Nights

About the role

Production Assistant - 12HR Nights position in the Finishing department, reporting to the Production Supervisor (non‑exempt). The role provides internal production support on the floor for all finishing machines and other departments, offering practical experience, mechanical skill development, and contribution to real projects in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and team projects.
• Fill trays/boxes & stack on pallets.
• Help with documentation, product quality checks and organization of workspaces.
• Find & prepare tray tags.
• Complete tasks in a timeframe that aligns with production expectations.
• Support team members with various operational tasks.
• Support 6S initiatives as required.
• Follow all Nahan safety and quality standards.
• Work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
