About the role
Join our growing Wilmington production team and help assemble the custom enclosures and hardware systems that power innovation around the world.
Responsibilities
- Absorb and finish custom enclosures, parts, and components according to customer specifications.
- Test and package completed units to ensure they meet strict quality standards before shipping.
- Receive incoming materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure orders are packed and shipped according to company procedures.
- Test and troubleshoot products to ensure quality, performance, and reliability before delivery to customers.
- Prepare and package products carefully to ensure they arrive safely and meet our high presentation standards.
- Work closely with team members to meet production targets and solve day-to-day challenges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company safety policies.
- Participate in hands-on training and skill development as part of a growing production team.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field is an asset, but not required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Comfort learning new tools, equipment, and assembly processes. Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical documentation.
- Nice-to-have: Experience assembling computer hardware or electronic components. Familiarity with tools and machinery used in production environments. Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management.

Pay
Starting annual total compensation package—including base salary and performance incentives—ranges from $34,840.80 – $41,409.60, depending on experience.
Schedule
This position offers multiple shifts to support our operations:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
