Production Assembly Associate (Part-Time)

About the role

This part-time position is for a reliable production worker/laborer to perform a variety of tasks and help grow our company. We are seeking candidates that are willing to work hard, follow directions, and complete tasks safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare products for shipment
• Follow production guidelines and specifications
• Work on the production line and meet production targets
• Report any issues to a supervisor on duty
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouse
• Utilize machinery with proper training (example forklift)
• Perform jobs that require repetitive physical labor
• Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Follow health and safety standards
• Work independently or as an active member of a team
• Lift up to 75 lbs, sit, stand, bend, and squat as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial
• Hand tools and power tools knowledge
• Physical ability to complete job duties
• Physical dexterity
• Ability to follow directions accurately
• Work history that demonstrates a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Punctual
• Good technical and mechanical skills
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to work hard
• Adaptability and stress tolerance
