About the role
Volt is immediately hiring Production Assemblers in Georgetown, TX. This is a full‑time, temp‑to‑hire position.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow technical blueprint instructions.
- Perform mechanical assembly and cabling tasks.
- Mount unpowered servers into steel racks and run data cables (equipment is unplugged and powered off).
- Route network lines and connect basic power components inside server racks, handling insulated wires, switches, and network hardware.
- Operate production machinery and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely per standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Must pass a 7‑year background check and drug screen.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and safely lift equipment up to 35 lbs.
Skills
- Knowledge of manual tools, power tools, and torque tools.
- Experience working with cables and wiring.
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints.
- Safe operation of production machinery (e.g., pallet jacks).

Pay
$22.00 per hour (pay range may vary based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications, etc.).
Schedule
Full‑time, temp‑to‑hire; shift: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am, Thursday‑Saturday and every other Wednesday.
