Production Assembler-Paid Training

About the role

Kelly Services is hiring Production Assemblers in LeRoy, NY. The position offers paid training, a temp‑to‑hire path, and steady weekday work with Fridays half‑day and weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic tubing and manufactured components
• Operate production equipment after training
• Perform quality checks
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• No previous manufacturing experience required
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Comfortable with hands‑on, repetitive work
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn

Pay

$17.50–$18.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM; Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday off.
