Pay
Pay is based on experience, and there is a shift differential in the base rate when working 2nd Shift! Sign Bonus: Sign-on bonuses are paid in installments: (a) $1,000 after successful completion of 90 days of continuous employment; (b) remaining balance after successful completion of 180 days. Employment must be active and in good standing on payout dates.

2nd shift, Monday- Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
The Production Assembler position assembles, programs, and tests TAPCO manufactured products. The position operates within a cell work environment where standardized work, Lean Manufacturing, and safety are practiced. This role requires flexibility to adapt quickly to change and a desire for growth. This position plays a key role in TAPCO’s prime metrics that feed directly into the companywide gainsharing program. A Production Assembler II will have a broad knowledge of Production tasks, performing some at high level. Cross trained with the ability to switch roles when needed.
- Interprets engineer drawings to ensure the correct parts are pulled and used
- Assembles custom orders according to engineered-to-order standards and documentation
