About the role
We’re looking for a Production Artist II to join the Global Sports Apparel team. This role amplifies production by delivering flawless execution on production-ready files and is a trusted resource within the team through creation of detailed and accurate schematics. This role demands a balance of accuracy, speed, and high-volume creation. The candidate needs to have a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a time sensitive environment keeping production moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Work with design to create and finalize graphic details across multiple levels of product, from on-athlete to retail
- Leverage 2D and 3D tools to produce graphic schematics and laydown pages
- Create documentation for downstream partners and review strike-offs
- Track and maintain updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval
- Participate in Production Art meetings and alignment sessions
- Learn new tools and advocate for efficiencies in the product creation life cycle

Who you will work with
You will report directly to the Production Art Studio Sr. Manager and collaborate with fellow Apparel and Graphic Production Artists. The role focuses primarily on basketball uniforms to support seasonal category apparel graphic product creation, requiring independent and highly detailed thinking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field with experience in product creation
- Strong knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
- Experience in 3D apparel programs, such as CLO
- Understanding of Smartsheets, Airtable, and Miro (a plus)
- Knowledge of graphic applications for apparel

Schedule
