Production Artist (Agency Creative Team)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Production Artist to join a fast-paced, in-house creative agency environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative professional who enjoys transforming approved concepts into high-quality, production-ready assets across digital and print channels. The successful candidate will have strong technical production skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering accurate, pixel-perfect work in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and version creative assets to meet a variety of vendor specifications and formats
• Interpret and apply vendor ad specification requirements to branded materials
• Prepare final production and print-ready files according to vendor requirements and production best practices
• Update and refine design layouts based on feedback, including copy edits, image selection, cropping, and content hierarchy adjustments
• Utilize Figma design systems and component libraries to build and update creative assets
• Follow established file naming conventions and file organization procedures
• Prepare and organize logo assets for production use
• Perform quality assurance reviews and audit files for accuracy and completeness
• Support production workflows and contribute ideas for process improvements
• Maintain accurate time tracking across assigned projects and tasks
• Communicate project updates and priorities in a timely manner
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a digital or creative production role
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
• Experience preparing assets for digital and print production
• Ability to interpret and execute vendor specification guidelines
• Understanding of fundamental design and layout principles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Excellent time management, organization, and file management skills
• Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and process-oriented approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Print production experience
• Advanced image editing skills
• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Experience working within an agency or high-volume creative environment

• Duration: 3 months
• Hours per Week: 40 hours
• Location: Fully onsite in Englewood, CO
