Production Apprentice (Summer)
About the role
All Weather’s Apprenticeship program is designed for graduating seniors who excel in technical classes such as shop, auto-repair, robotics club, or manufacturing-oriented classes. It offers professional work experience, great pay, mentorship, and exposure to various production departments.
Responsibilities
- Make job rotations to experience different production departments.
- Participate in weekly training sessions covering safety, professional skills, HR topics, and company knowledge.
- Learn work/life skills and receive feedback on performance.
- Opportunity to transition to a full-time, permanent position with a pay increase and benefits package.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old by the program start date.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, unassisted.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, and crouching.
- Full hand dexterity required.
Program Structure
This is a 12-week apprenticeship program starting after VUSD graduation, with a start date to be determined. Apprentices will rotate through different production departments and attend training sessions covering safety, professional skills, HR topics, and company knowledge.

Work Environment
