Production and Logistics Associate

Responsibilities

• Aid with inbound and outbound shipping activities as needed
• Support receiving, warehouse, and material movement operations
• Pull inventory and materials for production needs
• Absorb packaging and shipment preparation tasks
• Maintain warehouse organization using FIFO inventory practices
• Perform cycle counts and inventory accuracy activities
• Prepare or assist with shipping documentation, labels, and lot tracking records
• Operate forklift equipment safely following training and company procedures
• Assist with assembly duties within the Production department
• Prepare and package medical devices according to work instructions and specifications
• Review work orders and follow assembly procedures
• Inspect products for defects and verify product quality requirements
• Complete required production and shipping documentation accurately
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Support operational needs across departments as directed by management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Previous Warehouse, Shipping, Manufacturing, Or Assembly Experience (preferred)
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification upon hire

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Safety hazards minimal with daily use of some chemicals
