Production and Inventory Control Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Job Summary

The Night Shift Production & Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for leading the night shift production team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to safety, quality, cost, line efficiencies, waste, productivity, inventory accuracy, and material control. This role serves as the primary operational leader for the facility during night shift operations and is accountable for production execution, employee leadership, inventory accuracy, ERP transaction compliance, warehouse coordination, and shift-to-shift communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior work experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in the food or beverage industry
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing operations required
• Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, or material management strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related STEM degree preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 preferred
