PRODUCT, TORT & INSURANCE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

About the role
We are seeking a Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate for our Houston, Texas office. This role offers structured training and mentorship, clear paths to advancement, and exposure to varied and sophisticated matters.
Responsibilities
- Handle product liability or tort litigation matters
- Draft written discovery, pleadings, and substantive motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations and court appearances
- Assist with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
- 2–6 years of product liability or tort litigation experience
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent research and writing skills

Pay
Salary range: $195,000–$225,000, based on experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Associates are eligible for quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level, as well as an annual subjective bonus.
