About the Role
The Louisville, Kentucky office is seeking a Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle written discovery, depositions, and drafting pleadings and substantive motions
- Participate in mediations, court appearances, and assist with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
- 2–4 years of Insurance, Product Liability, or Tort Litigation experience
- Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
- Kentucky licensure or ability to obtain it in the short-term
Pay
The salary range for this role is $160,000–$175,000, with actual compensation determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors. Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
