PRODUCT, TORT & INSURANCE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance, product liability, and tort litigation matters
• Draft written discovery, pleadings, and substantive motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in mediations and court appearances
• Assist with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
• Work collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Insurance, Product Liability, or Tort Litigation
• Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
• Kentucky licensure or ability to obtain it in the short-term

Pay

The salary range for this role is $160,000–$175,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors. Associates are also eligible for quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level, as well as an annual subjective bonus.
