Responsibilities
- Handle product liability or tort litigation matters
- Conduct written discovery, depositions, and draft pleadings and substantive motions
- Participate in mediations, court appearances, and assist with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
- 2–6 years of product liability or tort litigation experience
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent research and writing skills

Pay
The salary range for this role is $195,000–$225,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors. Associates are also eligible for quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level, as well as an annual subjective bonus.
Schedule
Hybrid work environment (three days in-office) with a “dress for your day” policy.
