Product Testing Lab Engineer – Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee lab testing for residential and commercial water heaters and water treatment products.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain test rigs and equipment to ensure accurate performance, safety, and reliability data collection.
• Analyze test data, document results, and prepare reports for engineering and quality teams.
• Troubleshoot test issues, support root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure testing practices comply with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of lab testing methods and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to support product development and quality assurance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in data analysis, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
