About the Role

As a Delivery Driver at Aaron’s, you’ll engage in a dynamic, hands-on position that goes beyond a typical desk job. Responsibilities include driving, installing, demonstrating merchandise, and assisting customers. Since this role is store-based, you’ll also support the store by moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise for delivery.
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle.
• Assist in-store as needed.

Requirements

• Solid communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electronics.
• Desire to help customers.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.).
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided).
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun.
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required).
• No overnight travel.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour. The final pay within this range will depend on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs. Note that pay is considered earned, vested, and determinable only when paid, and bonuses or commissions remain at the Company’s discretion.
