About the Role

As a Delivery Driver at Aaron’s, you’ll be on the move—inside, outside, driving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise. This store-based position involves supporting the store by moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. Every day is different, and you’ll connect with many people in the community.

This role can be the first step in a rewarding career path, with opportunities to grow into roles like Customer Accounts Advisor, Sales Manager, Customer Accounts Manager, or General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle
• Assist in the store as needed

Requirements

• Solid communication skills
• Working knowledge of electronics
• Desire to help customers
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided)
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required)
• No overnight travel

Pay

The salary range for this role is $15.75 to $16.50 per hour. The final pay within this range will depend on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
