Key Responsibilities

  • Solicit new opportunities for establishing new PM agreements for power generation maintenance.
  • Promote and establish strong customer relationships with CPS to support PM agreement renewals.
  • Promptly respond to customer requests for proposals/estimates.
  • Communicate with appropriate CPS personnel in the assessment of any customer agreement/contract terms.
  • Ensure contracts meet minimum profit expectations established by CPS and obtain preapproval for deviations.
  • Discuss PM agreement/contract details with CPS personnel to meet all requirements and obligations.
  • Regularly communicate with service personnel to coordinate PM schedules and ensure obligations are met.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are professional and courteous.
  • Forward unresolved customer issues or complaints to the Service Manager for resolution.
  • Avoid engaging in unprofessional arguments with customers.
  • Follow up on all proposals to track award status.
  • Perform site visits weekly, covering 35% of weekly communication volume.

Administrative Processing

  • Develop proposals in accordance with the scope of supply.
  • Assemble supporting documentation for job awards.
  • Create parts quotes, cost worksheets, vendor quotations, and credit processing paperwork.
  • Weekly review preventive maintenance reports for corrective and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor all current and future jobs for timely delivery of the scope of supply.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders, including potential delays or change orders.
