Product Support Operations Manager

About the role

The Product Support Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within the product support department, ensuring efficient service delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and management of customer service teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support and problem-solving.
• Manage inventory levels and logistics to ensure adequate supply of products and spare parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product support, operations management, or a similar field.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
