Product Support Manager 2
About the role
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Product Support Manager 2 to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role supports multiple programs under the B-2 and Air Combat Systems (BACS) Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, lead/manage, and analyze activities associated with property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer and US Government property are managed and controlled in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Manage a team of individuals executing the following statement of work: 1) Return to service of components; 2) End-of-Life Buys to support obsolescence mitigation; 3) Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) Bill of Material (BoM) development to support parts forecasting; 4) Quality Deficiency Reporting (QDR) requirements; 5) Weapon System Support Center (WSSC) ground test facility asset repair.
- Assist in financial planning/reporting/analysis of Product Support Team (PST) Program Accounts.
- Interface with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Cost Management, and Schedule Management team to ensure accurate monthly Earned Value Management cost and schedule data for the program.
- Support program/ETA proposal/estimate development.
- Manage status of projects and budgets, schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members.
- Coordinate staffing with IPTs and support staffing processes, review resumes, conduct interviews, and grow and maintain critical skillsets.
- Identify capital assets, indirect, and training budgets required for personnel to perform statements of work.
- Facilitate and promote improvement initiatives, and share any lessons learned and best practices between programs and Product Support teams.
- Administer Quarterly Connections performance reviews, bonus plan, and salary review processes in conjunction with program IPT leaders and the Product Support leadership team.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant professional/military experience; OR Master's degree and 7 years of relevant professional/military experience.
- Must have a final US Government Secret clearance for consideration.
- Must have ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

- Proven experience of being able to mentor and coach team members to motivate growth, performance and career development.
- Understanding of Special Test Equipment (STE) repair and maintenance statements of work.
- Understanding of Repairable Parts and Material Management statements of work.
- Experience in safeguarding and disposal of Government property.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $119,900.00 - $179,900.00. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
