Product Support Department Lead

Job Summary

Ditch Witch West, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Product Support Lead to oversee the parts and service departments at their Spokane, WA branch. What You'll Do

• Lead the Product Support team to success
• Prioritize and schedule work for Technicians
• Perform quotes for customers
• Process customer orders
• Ensure excellent customer experiences

What You Need

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred
• 2 years of experience in a dealership parts or service department
• Technical knowledge of all makes of heavy equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications associated with manufacturer parts, repair, and warranty

Compensation

$25-40/hr (Depending on Experience)
