Product Support Analyst
What's the Job?
Lead support for the electronic Prep system (Prep E), ensuring system reliability and high-quality service delivery.
Support the development and enhancement of monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like DataDog, Grafana, and AWS Lambda.
Engage in proactive troubleshooting to identify root causes of system issues and implement technical improvements.
Enrich documentation and troubleshooting processes to support restaurant-level systems effectively.
Build automation tools to streamline support workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance system stability.
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of experience in Observability, Software Engineering, Automation, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development principles, including SDLC and CI/CD practices.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, scripting languages, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
